• Design concepts – demonstrating the type of interior we feel compliments the architects design, as well as the preliminary marketing direction.

• Design development – expanding on our combined vision with a preliminary selection of all internal finishes (including both individual apartments and common areas), fittings, fixtures and appliances, and furniture selection for the display suite.

• Design documentation – including, but not limited to, internal finishes schedule, fittings and fixtures schedule, furniture and accessories schedule (as well as procurement of all items required in the display suite), schematic drawings for all kitchen and bathroom details (as well as any custom joinery), and sample boards for display suite.

• Marketing + styling – the team at Rocco Revolution works closely with the appointed marketing team and real estate agents to help bring the multi-residential plans to life; assisting with the bump-in of all furniture, accessories and marketing material into the display suite.
